- ➤ Walmart Inc. and Zest Labs reached a confidential settlement in a long-running trade secrets lawsuit filed in the Eastern District of Arkansas— a federal judge said Monday that no settlement amount was disclosed. Zest Labs, owned by Ecoark Holdings of Rogers, had accused Walmart of using its proprietary produce solution under a nondisclosure agreement before developing its own version.
