- ➤ A report from Cushman & Wakefield Sage Partners showed that office vacancy rates in Benton and Washington counties fell to a record low of 4.02% in the second quarter, far below the national average of 20.7%. - ➤ Walmart Inc. and Zest Labs reached a confidential settlement in a long-running trade secrets lawsuit filed in the Eastern District of Arkansas— a federal judge said Monday that no settlement amount was disclosed. Zest Labs, owned by Ecoark Holdings of Rogers, had accused Walmart of using its proprietary produce solution under a nondisclosure agreement before developing its own version.
