- ➤ Former Rogers police chief and current city council member Hayes Minor, 53, was arrested Sunday night in Fayetteville after deputies stopped his Cadillac Escalade on I-49 for speeding and tailgating, and he failed field sobriety and breath tests revealing a blood alcohol level above 0.08 (he is scheduled to appear in Fayetteville District Court on July 7).
