- ➤ Haag Brown Development purchased a nearly 1-acre greenhouse property in downtown Bentonville for $3.35 million and will redevelop the site at Southwest B + Southwest Third with plans for mixed-use or residential projects. Matkins Flowers will operate on the property through 2026. NWA Business Journal
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ ARDOT is setting up 2,700 maintenance employees, 700 snowplows and 600 spreaders to treat and clear roads during a winter storm from Jan. 23 to 25, with 78,000 cubic yards of salt stored across 121 houses — drivers are urged to check road conditions before traveling. 4029 News
