Haag Brown Development purchased a nearly 1-acre greenhouse property in downtown Bentonville for $3.35 million and will redevelop the site at Southwest B + Southwest Third with plans for mixed-use or residential projects.
Matkins Flowers will operate on the property through 2026.

ARDOT is setting up 2,700 maintenance employees, 700 snowplows and 600 spreaders to treat and clear roads during a winter storm from Jan.
23 to 25, with 78,000 cubic yards of salt stored across 121 houses — drivers are urged to check road conditions before traveling.

The Benton Panthers used a 20-0 run in the fourth quarter to secure a 68-53 win over the Sheridan Yellowjackets Tuesday night at Benton Arena.
The victory kept Benton atop the 5A-South Conference while Sheridan fell to second place.
