- ➤ The Arkansas Department of Agriculture is proposing new rules to create a pesticide classification for feral hogs and repeal fair practice guidelines for catfish processors. - ➤ Arkansas women's basketball beat Kansas City 92-77 at Bud Walton Arena on Wednesday for its 10th win. Taleyah Jones scored 24 points while Bonnie Deas had 14 points and 16 rebounds — UMKC stayed close at times. The Arkansas Traveler
- ➤ High school teams played competitive basketball on Tuesday—Greenland won 70 to 20 with Cooper scoring 22 points, Lavaca edged Lamar in triple overtime, and Benton secured a 74 to 45 win led by Spratt's 18 points.
