ECONOMY NEWS
- ➤ Sales tax revenue in Bentonville, Fayetteville, Rogers and Springdale was $9.61 million in November — a 2.02% drop from a year ago and the first combined deficit in over 15 years. For the 11 months, the four cities reported a 2.77% overall increase, with Fayetteville recording a 4.41% gain linked to higher university enrollment. NWA Business Journal

- ➤ A 24,750‐square‐foot industrial building in Fayetteville sold for $15 million at $606 per square foot — purchased by Multi-Management Services Inc. on 14.90 acres from Peter O. Kohler LLC. In Bentonville, an 80.91‐acre pasture sold for $6.15 million — while mixed-use commercial buildings on South Main and Southwest Eighth streets sold for $3.5 million. NWA Business Journal
