- ➤ Bentonville-based think-and-do tank Heartland Forward announced Tuesday (Nov. 4) that it launched the first Heartland AI Caucus and a Center for Investment Readiness to help local businesses grow and boost economic strength. Senate President Pro Tempore Bart Hester from Cave Springs led the caucus with state legislators and chief innovation officers to shape smart AI policy for future progress. NWA Business Journal
- ➤ The University of Arkansas announced on November 4 that Chris Tisdel has started as director of the McMillon Innovation Studio—he replaces Justin Urso and will use his experience in human-centered design to help students develop innovative solutions.
