- ➤ Northwest Arkansas National Airport detached from Highfill on Sept. 26 and now runs a new solar array that produces 3 megawatts and saves more than $100,000 a year. Highfill will pay its bonds with $72,380 each month in 63 installments starting in October — the bonds will be paid off when city taxes for XNA customers end on Dec. 31. NWA Business Journal
