- ➤ Due to severe weather on Saturday, the Rogers Lowell Chamber postponed the Oktoberfest NWA Beer Festival to today at 101 E Cherry St.—VIP tickets will open at 1 p.m. and general admissions at 2 p.m., and the event will feature contests, a live polka band, German food and over 20 craft breweries. 4029 News
