Over 230 pets were adopted during the Best Friends in Northwest Arkansas event at North Forest Trail at Crystal Bridges over the weekend.

Executive director Michelle Logan said Best Friends aims to make all shelters no-kill—visitors can adopt or foster pets at the Bentonville shelter open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
