  • Local investors are driving major real estate transactions in Benton County as Oak Landing Partners LLC purchased a 351-acre timber and pastureland for $9.5 million east of Highway 72 near Little Flock—additional deals in northeast Bentonville and Farmington saw sales of residential, retail, and lot properties ranging from $2.38 million to $2.65 million—indicating strong market activity.  NWA Business Journal

HEALTH NEWS

  • Food safety inspectors in Benton County completed inspections early in September and found priority—fridge temperature issues at Bentonville Catering—and core violations like a broken ice machine and uncovered receptacle at Lil Hawks Children’s Academy and Pea Ridge schools.
