- ➤ Bentonville City Council voted 6-0 to approve 7% annual wastewater rate increases for residential & commercial customers effective Jan. 1, 2026 through 2030. The hikes will raise average residential bills by about $3 in 2026 and around $4 in later years while helping fund planned upgrades to the wastewater treatment plant. Dixieland Road in Little Flock on Sept. 22nd—this 12,000-square-foot farmhouse on 17 acres will blend traditional therapy services with outdoor activities like animal care and gardening for children, and a similar Elm Springs location near Springdale will follow as part of the provider’s expansion in NW Arkansas.
