Stephen Garcia used a drone to film Elemental Environmental's plant under construction and his flight is now sparking a lawsuit between corporate rivals—both sides dispute the video captures.

The CDC investigated Metabolic Meals after a salmonella outbreak linked to its home-delivered meals sickened 16 people across 10 states — including Arkansas — during the week of July 28, with seven people hospitalized and no deaths reported.

CDC advised customers not to eat the affected meals and to wash items and surfaces with hot water and soap.

Quarterback Taylen Green bolstered Arkansas’ offense in a 56-14 victory on Saturday evening in Little Rock after a slow start with his passing, and his rushing helped extend the lead in the game.
