Visit Bentonville has launched its mentorship program—Belong Bentonville—to help newcomers and longtime residents connect over shared interests.

The program will match online applications and begin with 100 to 150 mentors this fall.

Tyson Foods Inc. named Devin Cole as its new chief operating officer and he will oversee the company’s poultry, beef, pork, prepared foods and international segments—his appointment follows his role as group president of poultry and international.
