- ➤ Visit Bentonville has launched its mentorship program—Belong Bentonville—to help newcomers and longtime residents connect over shared interests. The program will match online applications and begin with 100 to 150 mentors this fall. NWA Business Journal

- ➤ Tyson Foods Inc. named Devin Cole as its new chief operating officer and he will oversee the company’s poultry, beef, pork, prepared foods and international segments—his appointment follows his role as group president of poultry and international. Tyson said its leadership change comes as chief supply chain officer Brady Stewart departed for violating the Code of Conduct and that further updates will be shared before Sept. 28. - ➤ The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Beaver Lake Project Office is accepting applications from adjacent landowners to burn driftwood on public land until August 15.
