- ➤ A Pea Ridge property owner revised his rezoning request after neighbors expressed concerns and received approval to partially change his agricultural land for medium-density residential use. - ➤ A property in Pea Ridge that was used for farming is now partly zoned for medium-density homes — the owner changed his request to ease neighbor concerns. Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette
