  • Indigo Road Hospitality Group took over day-to-day operations at Ropeswing on August 18 and offered jobs to current staff. It now manages Bentonville eateries including BlakeSt, Horseshoe Canyon Ranch, and The Preacher’s Son—plus three new restaurant concepts at The Compton Hotel.  5 News

  • The SEC announced a nine-game conference schedule starting in 2026 — ending a years-long debate over the league format and requiring an extra nonconference game each season.
