A non-profit organ procurement agency filed a challenge in federal court against a new state law that allows families to reverse an organ donor's wishes.

The law amends the Arkansas Revised Anatomical Gift Act and is set to go into effect next week & the challenge will determine if next-of-kin can override the donor's decision.
