- ➤ Swift water rescue teams responded to calls in the Highfill, Cave Springs and Lowell areas today as Benton County officials activated the road department because of flooding. - ➤ Yesterday, residents in Bentonville saw the first partial draft of the new development code—a blueprint for the city’s future growth that aims to fix issues like congestion and affordability.
