Springdale-based Community Clinic announced it signed a letter of intent Tuesday to acquire several Baptist Health primary care clinics in the River Valley, including sites in Alma, Greenwood, Fort Smith, and Van Buren.
The deal is pending regulatory review and provider discussions before final approval.
