Wienerschnitzel plans to open restaurants in six Walmart stores — in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Washington — by this fall, and the chain currently operates in Bentonville, Springdale and Siloam Springs.

The franchise will serve its full menu including chili cheese dogs and Tastee Freez desserts as part of its expansion.

The 63-room My Place Hotel opened at 3138 S.E.

East Pointe Ave. in Bentonville as the first My Place Hotels of America property in Arkansas. Wichita-based TGC Group developed the four story hotel—designed by Salt Lake City-based The Richardson Design Partnership—with financing from Central National Bank of Wichita through a $6.25 million loan maturing in 2047.
