- ➤ On May 19 through May 23, inspectors in Benton County checked restaurants and found food safety rule violations in 17 spots including kitchens in Bentonville, Rogers and Siloam Springs—problems ranged from wrong food temperatures to missing permits while many places passed inspection. Officials said they will use the results to help lower the risk of foodborne illness. Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette
- ➤ Today, Walmart announced Everyday Health Signals, a new platform that uses customer shopping data to help insurers and benefit managers encourage healthy eating+ eligible flex card members can opt in during a pilot with NationsBenefits.
