  • A new technology greenhouse named Arkade, launched by Spring Capital of New York, has taken over 5,000 SF on the fifth floor of The Ledger building in Bentonville. It will open in August to attract international tech companies and support retail value chain development—Matthew Paul said it is not a typical accelerator or incubator.  5 News
  • Fayetteville-based real estate company Collier and Associates will invest about $3.5 million to build a new two-story, 12,000-square-foot office on 2 acres southeast of Pleasant Grove and Bellview roads in Rogers to serve as its Benton County headquarters. The company plans to open the office by late 2026—supporting its goal to expand operations while keeping its Pinnacle Hills branch.  NWA Business Journal

  • A minimum of three tornadoes hit southwestern Washington County near Lincoln, Canehill, and Prairie Grove shortly after 7 p.m. Monday with winds reaching 80 mph in Lincoln — the storm is moving northeast toward Fayetteville as officials monitor the situation.  4029 News

SPORTS NEWS

  • Ozark United FC hired Prospect Park LLC to advise on planning its professional soccer franchise, stadium complex and mixed-use project in Rogers. The project will include a 5,000-seat stadium and a $250 million to $350 million entertainment district — a move that aims to boost local sports and capital investment in the area.  NWA Business Journal
