  • Northwest Park reopened on Wednesday after four years of renovations and recovery from May 2024 storms — the hardest hit among city facilities. City officials celebrated the ribbon cutting at 1251 W. Will Rogers Drive as new amenities have energized the park for community play.  Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

  • Randall Hinton Development broke ground today on a $32.25 million, 140-unit luxury apartment complex called Lanterns on 4th at 1005 S.E. Fourth St. in downtown Bentonville, featuring a fitness center, swim spa and bar; completion is expected in January 2028.  NWA Business Journal
