- ➤ Teslar Software opened its new headquarters at 2140 Orange Drive in Springdale — a 50,000 sqft class A office building developed by a joint venture. The building is 81% leased, offers a fitness center and event spaces, and will host over 100 employees by mid-summer. NWA Business Journal

- ➤ Carbon removal project developer Chestnut Carbon Arkansas said Thursday that Arkansas led six southeastern states in forest restoration projects, economic output & job creation, with 31 projects generating $23.2 million and creating 455 jobs from 2022 to 2025. - ➤ Road and trail projects will impact traffic in Bentonville and Bella Vista. Bentonville work begins Saturday at 3:30 p.m. at Southwest 14th and Greenhouse roads while Bella Vista closures on Mercy Way span April 30–May 14 with lane restrictions until June 2 (schedule may change). - ➤ An anonymous donor pledged $3 million in a challenge grant (with $1 million needed per year for three years) to help keep PBS programming in Arkansas by requiring matching contributions from other donors. Officials said the pledge aims to cover losses from federal funding cuts. 5 News

- ➤ An affiliate of The Calara Group purchased a 36.19-acre pasture for $5.5 million in south Bentonville. The seller, Cottages at Simpson Farms LLC, had acquired parts of the land in a larger deal last December. NWA Business Journal
