- ➤ Bentonville — Former Springdale assistant principal Oesterle, a convicted sex offender, was sentenced to 20 years in prison Wednesday for failing to meet sex offender registration rules. Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

- ➤ Northwest Arkansas added roughly 38 new residents each day, which led to problems with traffic, rising housing costs, and fewer healthcare providers. - ➤ Governor Sanders signed HB1150 on Wednesday to ban pharmacy benefit managers from owning pharmacies and engaging in anticompetitive practices. The law, introduced on January 16, follows a $1.5 million fine against four PBMs and has sparked warnings from industry leaders that it could lead to pharmacy closures and job losses. 5 News
