- ➤ Bentonville-based AWSOM Lands bought 50.77 acres along I-49 for $18.51 million as part of a planned health care campus that will include a cardiac care center—priced at $364,777 per acre—and the property is part of a 100-acre site purchased by the Alice L. - ➤ Development projects in Benton County are stalled because the Decatur wastewater plant is processing more than its permit limit of 3.8 million gallons per day—officials said high tariffs on its filtration parts raised costs while the plant awaits expansion updates by the end of the year as officials seek additional funds. 5 News
