ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ A Rogers man died last week in a motorcycle crash on Woods Lodge Road near Avoca—his 2022 Harley was later found after his family reported him missing—and a Fayetteville man died on Wednesday when his motorcycle veered off Arkansas 16 in clear, dry weather. Arkansas Democrat-Gazette
- ➤ Two fatal motorcycle accidents happened in Northwest Arkansas last week when 38-year-old Nathaniel Fletcher of Rogers lost control on Woods Lodge Road near Fire Run Road in Avoca and when 61-year-old Stanley Easley of Fayetteville veered off Arkansas 16 at 1:29 p.m. on Wednesday and crashed his motorcycle into a concrete driveway while his passenger was not hurt. - ➤ Pierce the Veil will perform at Walmart AMP in Rogers on Oct. 15 as part of their global 'I Can't Hear You World Tour' following their summer support for blink-182 and featuring supporting acts HEALTH, Ecca Vandal and Like Roses. Gates open at 5 p.m.—the show will begin at 6:30 p.m. and tickets cost from $35 to $100 with fees. Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

- ➤ School district members gathered Tuesday evening at Arend Arts Center to honor late Bentonville High School principal Jack Loyd, a lifelong Tiger who served 34 years as teacher, coach and principal + his legacy includes thousands of graduates and multiple state achievements.
