- ➤ Today, the American Red Cross is asking for volunteers to support its disaster response as severe weather and wildfires have strained resources in Arkansas & Oklahoma. The agency has closed emergency shelters in Northeast Arkansas & South Missouri while it trains new helpers to meet future storm needs. 4029 News
- ➤ Fayetteville-chartered Arvest Bank will launch its 15th annual Million Meals initiative on April 1—aiming to raise 15% more meals than last year to support over 80 food partners. The bank has raised over 25 million meals and more than $4.5 million in donations since 2011. NWA Business Journal

- ➤ Bentonville Fire Department responded to a house fire at 2510 NW Turner Drive on Tuesday at 2:16 p.m. and was still on scene at 3:10 p.m. — no injuries have been reported and a Bella Vista crew was also dispatched. 5 News
CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Frank Gabino, 45, of Theodore Drive in Springdale was arrested Monday on charges of drug delivery, possession with intent to deliver and distribution near certain facilities while Degerald Williamson, 30, of Chasestone Avenue in Bentonville was arrested on aggravated assault and domestic battery and released Tuesday on $15,000 bond—Gabino remains at the detention center. - ➤ The Skyline Report, released on March 25th by Arvest Bank, showed that 5,339 homes sold and 3,007 building permits issued in the second half of 2024 set record highs in Northwest Arkansas.
