Rayonier announced that its executive for wood products will step down later this month as Ashlee Townsend Cribb departs to lead another firm and Hot Springs’ Ryan Daniels is named interim vice president.

The EPA awarded nearly $1.9 million to UA assistant professor Shannon Speir for a three-year study testing if adding biochar to poultry litter can reduce nutrient runoff and enhance water quality across the Brush Creek watershed (east of Springdale and Fayetteville).
