  • Today at 2 a.m. residents will spring forward for daylight saving time and lose one hour of sleep; health experts warn this change may trigger sleep disruptions and a slight rise in heart risks — they advise getting morning sunlight and adjusting routines to help reset the body clock.  4029 News

REAL ESTATE NEWS

  • Walton brothers built The Compton, a 142-room hotel honoring conservationist Neil Compton, on the town square last year.   • The Arkansas Razorbacks gymnastics team lost to the Oklahoma Sooners (197.925 to 197.500) Friday at Bud Walton Arena before an SEC record crowd.
