- ➤ The Benton County Senior Activity Center is closed due to funding cuts after a nonprofit ended its meals contract, limiting seniors' access to activities and meals. - ➤ Flashback Pizza and Milkshakes will host a live comedy dating game show today at 105 S. Third St. in Rogers, a retro venue known for its weekly events like open mic, bingo, and trivia nights (all while supporting local charities). 5 News

- ➤ At Central High, about 170 students showed science projects Friday morning with experiments in physics, microbiology, and astronomy. Students including Delaney Davis and Tony Hayar demonstrated work from water filtration to homemade honey production, and local judges offered positive feedback + encouragement. - ➤ On Thursday, the National Drought Mitigation Center updated that drought conditions in Arkansas have worsened, with far northwestern Benton County now at extreme levels.
