5, the Community Blood Center of the Ozarks holds a blood drive at Bella Vista Police Department (with events at other local stations) to boost critically low blood supplies. Each donation adds $10 for COPS, and donors need photo ID and a light meal.

The NWA Wedding Show will be held at Four Points by Sheraton in Bentonville on Sunday, featuring 50 wedding service vendors and live entertainment by Jason Whorlow.
Show producer Terrie Reno explained the event will offer smaller packages to meet tighter budgets (expecting 100 to 150 guests).
