Climbing and Descending Clinic

•Pacing climbs to improve endurance and performance

•Using shifting and momentum effectively

•Using body position to maintain traction on steep climbs

•Using body position to maximize stability and control on descents

•Optimizing bike and equipment setup for improved descending control

Throughout the clinics, Crystal will film riders and provide visual feedback to complement the instruction and help you see and refine your technique.
